These decorations measure 27cm (11") tall and each set includes 5 mini balloons, 5 striped paper straws, 5 satin ribbons and 1 piece of twine. Simply fill each mini balloon with air, tie the twine to the knot, pull the balloon through a straw, then tie on one of the ribbons. Once the small latex balloon is held in place, tie a ribbon in a knot at the base of the balloon and decorate your cake!
